A free live workshop on breaking the pattern you can see coming but cannot seem to stop.
You know the feeling.
The same argument with the same person. The same reaction to the same kind of comment.
The same sinking feeling when something good starts to fall apart.
You can see it coming. You might even be able to explain it to a friend. But when the moment arrives, you do the same thing you always do.
That is not a character flaw. It is a pattern, one that started long before the current situation, and one that can be changed.

What you will walk away with
By the end of this 60-minute session, you will:
- Know whether what you are experiencing is a one-time reaction or a repeating pattern
- Be able to name what is actually driving the pattern underneath the surface (this is the part most people cannot do on their own, and it is the focus of the workshop).
- Have a framework for choosing a different response the next time the pattern shows up.
- Get your specific questions answered live by Dr. Tony Iezzi, a clinical psychologist with 35 years of experience.
Whether you have read the book or not, this workshop will give you something concrete you can use immediately.
About the workshop
Dr. Tony Iezzi (co-author, with Dr. Melanie P. Duckworth, of Reenactments: Break the Behavior Patterns That Keep You Stuck) will walk through a real behavior pattern live, step by step, using the same process from the book. You will see exactly how it works, and you will have a chance to apply it to your own experience during the session.
This is not a lecture. It is a working session.
